GRANATE REALITY INSURANCE AGENCY is an AGENCY that specializes in General, Medical as well as Life Insurance business.

Job Brief

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors/clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Directing visitors/clients to the appropriate person in the office.
  • Answering phone calls and emails from clients.
  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Filing important documents and keeping them well organized.
  • Performing any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in a business related course.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English and Kiswahili
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft word and excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of office procedures and office equipment.
  • Is organized and self- motivated
  • Any other certificate is an added advantage.
